Bloomer was founded by Luke Boardman & Matt Zorzi while attending Towson University in 2012.


Raised on the radio, Matt & Luke spent hours poring over their vinyl collections & trading live recordings while steeping themselves in the sweaty, hidden spaces of Baltimore’s DIY music scene.
